This looks like the new VW Touran/Cross Touran high-altitude testing in Colorado. Speculation? Apparently it sounded like a diesel engine was powering it.

I guess this is a Mule for a Crossover, since it has way too much ground clearance to be the next Touran(the one in the video isn’t even based on the current model but the previous one), combined with the bigger track width that seems most likely.
Or they are thinking about going to the extreme with the Cross Touran, though I strongly doubt that.
